CoopTime Institute is the home of the coaching, advisory, and learning work of James and Regyna Cooper.
We provide executive life coaching and trusted advisory support for leaders in business, corporations, nonprofits, ministries, and boards—as well as entrepreneurs and individuals navigating important seasons of life, leadership, and purpose.
We work with the whole person behind the leadership responsibility. That means creating a confidential space to think through business decisions, leadership challenges, relationships, family concerns, transitions, opportunities, purpose, and the questions that often come with carrying significant responsibility.
Our role isn’t to make your decisions for you. We listen, ask thoughtful questions, help uncover what may be difficult to see from inside the situation, and help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
